Default Vetiver - Michael Watts

Hi all

I have been learning the title track from Michaels great album (after enjoying Celandine so much)

It's a short piece but has some tricky bits in it so it needed quite a lot of work. I recorded it into my new Line Audio CM4 mics in a spaced pair array - I am really enjoying these mics.

I recorded this on both my Furch and Webber guitars, but as with Celandine find myself leaning towards the Furch for these pieces as a result of the extra bass and overtone content.

I hope you like it, and thanks for listening.

Killer recording Pete! Really great studio quality. Whatever you did here do it again on upcoming videos. And the piece was very nice too.

Thanks - it’s a great tune and not too hard to get under your fingers (a different matter to get it to sound right..)

Tab is available from MIchael’s site.
