All Strung Up!
Thanks Nemoman!
I got the Josie small jumbo all strung up and it sounds great!: This is the first completed of three Josie small jumbos. I'll try to get sound samples of each so we can compare the different tops. This one is Adirondack, next up soon will be Swiss Spruce, and finally Western Red Cedar. Thanks for following along! Mark

Really nice! I like how the colors in the various parts seem to just flow together; both the front view and the rear view.

Beautiful as always Mark. I love the fretboard and bridge and headstock and back and rosette and the bindings, oh wait, that is just about everything...

Thanks everyone!
I like to keep a finished guitar for at least a week to be sure it is settling into itself well. I play them a bit each day and try to identify any subtle (sometimes not too subtle) changes that may occur. This is one of my favorite times in building guitars! Mark

Truly amazing work Mark I can't wait to see how the Hitchcock looks with the finish on it, I don't think I've seen an ebony body before.

The parlor body shape does seem to have a bit of a Hitchcock look to it

I am very happy with this build but, I have to admit to being fickle when it comes to my guitars, I am always most in love with the next one! Mark
