Default Great Music Ifoud on YouTube!

I'm starting this up - just for fun. My youtube browsing is set on autoplay and I get some very strange streams but check these two out that "happened" this morning.

Blind Boy Paxton (Jerron Paxton) this wonderful piece - clever playing, great intro and combination of two songs. Great entertainment.

The California Feetwarmers - sometimes I wish I'd taken up trombone or clarinet instead of guitar! Tr not to tap your feet - wunnerful stuff.

Now, - 0ver to you - show us a couple of videos that you found!

ol' Andy

Was listening to ol’ Bobby without paying much attn to what at first seems like a very run of the mill video ,,,,, keep watching.

I think people sometimes forget about Bob’s terrific sense of humour;
does some foot-tappers too and how else would we ever know that was “Dookane” !?

Yeah, of course - but I don't think he's making any videos now.

Great stuff so far. I wish I could play like Paxton! And the Feetwarmers were tight. Great playing.

Just click the Youtube icon (Red square with white triangle in the toolbar above the text window ) and paste the share link address between the Youtube boxes. Then delete everything in the address from the forward single slash to the left

from this -- (https://youtu.be/8minLax_0DY)... into this -- (8minLax_0DY)

Hi Jon, deeelighted that you like Mandolin Orange too! I was introduced to them by a friend and I took the mandolin parts. I'll be playing "A Waltz About Whiskey" tonight.

Hopefully my voice will be better than this:

Got a couple. First is John Reischman. Not as many people know him as should. Really one of the truly great musicians on fretted instruments of any kind.

Next is a younger player, David Benedict. Benedict actually did a book of transcriptions of Reischman's best album.

I think this is pretty awesome, a mashup of the Foo Fighters' "Everlong" and Bobby Caldwell's "What You Won't do for Love", looped and all done in one take. Very cool voice, and some solid drum chops!
