Mark Hanson's Art of Contemporary Travis Picking would keep you wonderfully busy for a while. After that, his Art of Solo Fingerpicking would continue to open new doors for playing.

Funny you should say that a mate who used to play guitar for a few years is getting back into it, and wants to get himself an electric acoustic for a grand or 2 I said I'd love to come over and jam with you, and its on when he gets his new guitar. Sweet
