One of my favorite covers!
Here's a rough recording of the adaptation I made from the original recording with Yo Yo Ma and James Taylor. I tried to keep a bit of the cello part in it as well. I'm using a Kyser cut capo with regular tuning, playing it in concert E but in D on the capo two frets up. If you want me to explain it, I might make a how to video. (quicker and easier at this point than transcribing the notes.)

My favorite song, period. Learned it in College and felt like I had finally arrived as a singer guitar player. I have my own version, its close but not perfect. George at the time was 7th fret my voice now is about the 5th! Good thing about this song plenty of room to come down.
