The one with the pickup is only available in certain colors (pink, purple, and a weird metallic green or silver for an extra $50).

And $100 for delivery? That seems a little odd, when the standard model ships for free.

This is what I see. Pretty lame of Amazon to state that it is out of stock. If an item does not ship to my country, why not just say so?

OK, got it. So, it's $429 for the model with a pickup (including the $100 shipping) and $189.99 minus 18% (with the coupon, so around $157) and free shipping for a black one without the pickup.

And I see what Kevin H said about the pickup only available in certain colors... sparkly silver or green - great for the My Little Pony audience.

I would imagine with Amazon stocking the non-pickup model, they will eventually get some with a pickup and eliminate that $100 shipping for those who want a pickup.

However, this Enya Nova Go's electric-acoustic's output panel differs from the ones available from the overseas model.

I can't post a picture. But if you search on any overseas retailer that carries this model, the U.S. model's bottom panel has just a 1/4" output jack and a usb input to charge the battery. On the foreign models there are two 1/4" jacks, a usb and three 1/8" (input/output?) jacks.

I have to investigate further to find out their differences.

Yeah that shipping cost is pretty steep - what gives?

I'll wait this one out, as I already purchased a standard black (gun metal gray) Nova Go model.

And actually the Pink and Purple "My Little Pony" models are "just" $379 with shipping.

Their network of other sellers has no vetting.
You order from one of those, and you can wait forever.

...the enya nova go sp1. It's not in stock because it's brand new. Available on amazon.mx for less than $50 over the basic go. It's also got in-guitar effects like reverb etc with a small pickup and speaker that charges with usb. Glad I waited. Course I'm gonna wait some more ....that metallic green is abit too much. It appears the only color I haven't seen the sp1 in is black...yet. Patience.

That's about $330US, which is about $130 - $150 more than the acoustic only version in the US.

It now says "in stock" for me as well. In the absence of black I would go for white.



But with shipping and import fees it comes down to $416 for me which is hardly a bargain anymore.

everything imported is more expensive in mexico....usually around a third. Depending on which country it comes from. Amazon.mx is really leveling the price field compared to even amazon.com...because if you buy from amazon dot com and have it shipped by amazon to amazon.mx and delivered , it's more expensive than buying from amazon.mx, or having an alternative 'mail service' bring it down. That's the price of escaping. And a markup from 280 to just 330 is a steal...here, and living here is the only reason a person would buy off of amazon.mx.

Don't they have an amazon dot on your continent ? If you buy it from the US, your paying at least two tariffs to arrive in Holland, one more than necessary.
