There was a question on what the case looks like that ships with the guitar. Here's what the case looks like for the one I just received.

Default Expand the offer?

Would love to see this marketing blitz expand to include OM models. Maybe an N1 neck, short scale? One can only dream...

Have had a few Martins, Taylors, and other wood guitars. They all sounded better when played by others...

I got one of the WS1000 Reissues a few months ago and it’s become one of my favorite guitars. I remember seeing ads for the original Rainsong years ago in magazines and I always thought it looked so cool with the shark inlays. It sounds and plays great.

My newest Rainsong is the WS1000 Reissue. I love that guitar! I’m using the 80/20 strings too and like the way they sound. Does your Rainsong OM have 12 or 14 frets? My Rainsong OMs are 12 fret. Someday I’d like to have a 14 fret. I agree, there’s a lot of similarity between the WS1000 sound and the OM sound. I do notice the increased bass response from the WS1000 but it has a very balanced and articulate response like the OM.

The recent YouTube hour long chat session mentioned that the classic reissue at the $2500 (not the temporary $2000 intro) is available with options: body size, necks, finish, (??) $75 burst paint.
