The WM45, good as it is, may go on the block, along with my Guild D26NT, which is a fantastic guitar in its own right, especially for the money.

Used?
Thanks for all the helpful inputs, folks. So much to learn about these CF guitars. What are your thoughts regarding used Rainsong? Anything I should look out for? Just a thought; leaning more towards a new one.

I have two Rainsongs both used. One thing about carbon fiber and Rainsong is their quality control is superb and not much can screw up a carbon once it leaves the factory. I tend to look for one or two year old guitars. Lots of people buy guitars and turn them over. You can save with little risk. That's assuming you know the model you are after. If you don't know the models a good vendors can save you grief by helping you to what will work best for you.

Buddy just picked up one of the H-dr1100n2 , got to play it tonight. Wow. What a super instrument, I'm really enjoying the tone of the hybrids. Their mid range does not seem to be as compressed as some of the full carbon models. Very pleasant even tone with loads of sustain.
He's delighted and I can see why...

Just got mine yesterday...YOU will not be disappointed ..I got the CO-DR1000NS Tobacco ...I Gave it a 10 on everything ..Sound very woody (to me) Set up Dead on..Plays like butter for real, thats what has me going on about it..And looks are killer...But let me say, I am a big guy 6ft4 long reach .The dread is big, bigger then what you think.I would say if you dont have a long reach i,d go for the WS.. Other then that mine,s a keeper.

Thanks for your input and pictures. Now i'm officially jealous. The sunbursts (?) is nice! Did you have to pay extra for the colour?
