Furch's customer service is excellent. I bought a Furch acoustic guitar from a dealer that had a major defect. He refused to exchange or refund, Furch just told me to give the guitar to the wholesaler, and they would replace it, and "have a word with the dealer".

I finally received my neck back from Furch Czech.
As stated overall they are pretty good to work with although there was a bit of a struggle with the language barrier. They returned the neck and essentially tightened the holes where the rods join from the headstock. This has prevented a lot of the bend in the neck under tension and improved the playability and I think the tone as well. There is still more of a gap on the back of the neck then I am happy with. Unfortunately the return post was terrible. Not really a fault of Furch. The package left the Czech republic 18 Dec and finally made it to my house yesterday February 20th. A full 10 weeks after I originally mailed it. |
