For Sale: 2018 Santa Cruz 1934 OM Brazi/Adi

I have to liquidate some major assets due to economic downturn etc so this will be priced to sell. I'm not below heart tugging, dad's in the hospital etc.

FS Santa Cruz 1934 OM Brazilian, special ordered 2018 with numerous custom features... Brazilian Binding on the body, neck, and headstock, Brazilian Fingerboard and Brazilian Bridge, custom Brazilian rosette and custom top trims, Brazilian heel cap, and head plate, snakewood Waverly tuners, hide glue with aged Adi braces... custom woods, Primo select Brazilian and Adirondack, pics tell the tale...

1 13/16ths nut and 2 5/16 string spacing...feels just like 1 3/4 to me, cannot tell the difference which is unusual for me.

From the original owner:

The SCGC 1934 OM Brazilian model lists at $22,000, and after the 10% discount they sell advertised at $19,800.... This has a healthy amount of upcharges.

As I said, priced to sell for less than I paid a few months ago prior to 'Rona financial mess; I paid 15k, Priced to move very quickly at $12,000.

Wow Matthew, the woods on that guitar are amazing!!! The size and specs look perfect for me. If I were not in a liquidation mode myself, I would love to try that guitar out.

Brazilian is beautiful of course. but that top is out of this world.

I heard back from Carolyn Sills at SCGC and she confirmed for us that the Brazilian is from Richard Hoover's stash, which is at least eighty years old. She also confirmed that the top is Appalachian red spruce, likely Smokies red spruce.
