Default Northwood's are da bomb

I've got an R80-000. John makes a light, richly voiced, delightfully put together guitar. Jump on this deal.

Have an interesting trade offer I’m considering. Bumping this to the top to see if there are others interested in this spectacular maple. Would love a straight sale!!

Default Northwood Guitars are fantastic

I've owned over the years 5 Northwoods and presently have 2. EVERY single Northwood that I owned was superior to any Taylor (and I've owned a few including the 814 Braz). I also own a few Martins and Bourgeois Guitars too. IMHO the build quality is on par with a Bourgeois, yet the sound is different (Bourgeois = more Martin like). Anyone who purchases this guitar should be happy with the quality of materials and build quality. And your price is a 'steal'. Good luck!

Appreciate the kind words Ron! Yes, there was a Collings maple that sold last week. I guarantee this Northwood sounds just as good, if not better. And at least $1k less. Honestly I’m leaning towards keeping it the more I play it! If it can’t sell at my current price I probably will. Not about to dump it. Again, thanks friend! Jeff

Gaining some momentum but no buyer just yet. Bump on up for a truly lovely looking and sounding instrument. Top notch build quality.

Hey Steve! If I understand John’s serial number system it should be a 2011.

Thanks Jeff! I’ts going to make a fantastic guitar for someone. I’ve said it more than once. The more I play it, the more I’m inclined to keep it.

I'm not one to bump right at the 24 hr mark, but I have updated to allow trade offers and offers in general. Would like to move this one!! Fantastic tone and playability. I've always liked the Northwood neck profile. Not too thin, not too full, but just right "C". And don't be afraid of the 1-13/16" nut width. You would probably never know it's 1/16" over 1-3/4".
