Vacuum press
This vacuum press is for gluing guitar bracing, but could be used for other operations requiring vacuum clamping. One press is for tops and has a 28 foot radius and the other is for backs, with a 20 foot radius. The plates can be removed and others put in place if need be. The Vacuum pump is a Gast Vacuum pump with a 3 hp motor. The electronic controller is a $350 unit on it's own that controls the vacuum pressure. The Pump new was worth over $2000 new. I have used this system for many years without any problems. Table included.
