^^^^^^Wonderful photos of those old Nationals! I like the look of the flat cut F holes on the early 12 fretters. That was the look I was aiming at when I was producing the Busker Guitars range.

Here's my National M2 that I no longer have. Much mellower than metal, but still has some reso "honk" if you want it:

I almost bought one of these when I bought my RK, being a die hard Gretsch electric guy….I have not seen that color on the Gretsch until now. Beautiful!

I'd love to show them to you, but I can't post a picture. Do you have to be a charter member. How do you do that? I tried sending a private message to ask Kerbie, but Kerbie's mailbox is full.

Also, an idea management: Since there are forums for harp, carbon, classical, and archtop guitars, how about one for resos? A lot of us have 'em.

You can put your picture on a hosting site and then copy the photo's URL into the address field when you click on the photo icon.

Hey Charlie, Here’s the link to become a charter member: https://www.acousticguitarforum.com/forums/payments.php

Once I became a charter member the easiest way I have found to post pics is by resizing them and uploading straight from my computer or phone. It is pretty easy to do, and I prefer to do it that way over using a second party image hosting site, which I do not have and do not want.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Pick, that's what I was wondering. Already gravely over my music budget for this year. Maybe next.

Thanks, Monty. I'll hit the link and find out what hosting sites are.

What I don't know could fill a book. . . .

Ok very nice. Is there something wrong with a new one?
