Lament for Limerick by Duck Baker: What is the tuning?

I'd like to learn this beautiful Duck Baker arrangement but need a little help with the tuning. It sounds like it might be dropped and then capo'd up to some sort of A tuning?

The bend at 1:11 will be the acid test but I think I can get everything else with DGDGAD capo'd at the 2nd fret...
