Default Pop top Yairi

I’ve acquired this 1992 Alvarez Yairi DY74. It has a lot of sentimental value and it still plays and sounds nice despite being very banged up. Glue residue on binding suggests repair was attempted but likely before the extent of internal damage was known.

I’m curious what a proper fix would entail. I’m thinking it would probably cost too much given the value of the guitar. I’m considering just trying to get glue into everywhere it’s separating, clamp it down an cross my fingers. All thoughts and suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
