Where do you live?
I’m in Western WA State. I have a near-new TKL 000/OM case that came with a Martin OM. It’s the middle 445 series with arched top, 4 latches and dark green interior. (not the 300 series with flat top lid, 3 latches and emerald green interior) (not the 500 series with arched top, 5 latches and cabernet interior) I’d prefer local sale, or reasonable road trip meet-up, as the cost of shipping is prohibitive. I have a high-end, new Martin custom shop case, but I agree with above, in that shipping charges will likely be in excess of $50. And I'd need to net $250 for the case. I also have a Calton OM case. Unique bronze/brown exterior in excellent shape, with black plush interior. $850 plus shipping.

I found this to be an important consideration when I was looking for an arched-top case for my Larrivee 000-40 with a 4.5" depth like a dread... in my case (insert rim shot here) many of the OM/000 cases I tried were too shallow. I settled on a Silver Creek Vintage Dreadnought Archtop Case from Musicians Friend which fit my guitar with no issues and the quality was good enough and it didn't hurt that at the time MF offered 10% off... BTW I suspect these cases may be Guardian's "B" stock... I also remember how my 2011 American Series Breedlove OM arrived in a very nice Breedlove dreadnought case that had been customized at the factory with a few velcro'd matching inserts to fit the OM perfectly. "Wicked smah't". Works great. Haven't changed it. Last edited by FingahPickah; 07-14-2021 at 02:41 PM. |

I’m a bit confused.. I’m in Western Washington, (zip 98xxx) and willing to do a road trip meet up.
But OP wrote: “ i'm in the 98xxx zip code. “ but that’s “ not in the area “ But this was all back in March, so maybe none of this matters anyway. |
