Shoutout to SVS Sound for Outstanding Customer Service
We had an electrical problem at home and it fried the subwoofer for my home audio system. I emailed SVS to ask about a repair. They responded by shipping me a new amp module, no charge even though it was not a warranty problem. Great customer service! Very happy with the sub too, an SVS SB1000.

They did that for me too about a year after the warranty expired.
