Default 2010 Gibson J-185 SOLD

Up for sale is my 2010 Gibson J185. I need to thin the herd some for a couple that are incoming, and think I can go to one short scale Gibson. I'd say this guitar is mint, but that's something I'm reluctant do as I feel the word is overused. However, other than a little weirdness on the headstock (see below), I can't really find any flaws other than a few swirl marks on the pickguard.

The guitar has a beautiful tight grained sitka top with nice silking.

This one has a particularly nice back and sides, with nicer figuring than you usually see on these.

It's just back from my luthier, and has been setup with very low action for fingerstyle, 3/32" on the bass side, and 5/64" on the treble side. Guitar features a 1 23/32" nut, 24.75" scale, and a wonderfully playable C shape neck. String spacing at the bridge is just a bit under 2 1/4". The frets have plenty of life, and have just been leveled and polished.

One of the few flaws I can find is around the lettering on the headstock, as seen here.

Serial number dates it to 2010.

The guitar has an upgraded Bob Colosi saddle (original will be included), and also an excellent D-TAR Wavelength Duo pickup. It truly needs nothing but a new owner, and is gig ready.

Also included is the OEM hardshell case, and all case candy.

Price is SOLD or best offer plus insured shipping via FedEx Ground, and that represents pretty much what I have into it at this point. At this price, I would much prefer a check or postal money order, but we can talk about PayPal. I was up for some possible trades, but I just committed to a new Bourgeois JOM-T from AMW, so this needs to be a straight sale only. I will ship internationally, but message me first for a quote. Lots of transactions here, at UMGF, and at Let's Talk Guild, and I stand by my reputation as a trusted seller.
