Luiz Bonfá | Passeio No Rio (Walking In Rio)
Luiz Bonfá arr. Carlos Barbosa-Lima | Passeio No Rio (Walking in Rio) After a considerable hiatus, I'm finally back with another video! This time, here's a great tune by Luiz Bonfá called "Passeio No Rio" (Walking in Rio), masterfully arranged for the guitar by Carlos Barbosa-Lima! I've had lots of fun learning this tune on my new N3 cedar double-top guitar by Altamira Guitars, and I hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much I've enjoyed learning it! Hope you are all continuing to stay safe! Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Beautiful playing. I have Barbosa-Lima's arrangement of Passeio No Rio in his Four Pieces by Luiz Bonfa, but it's way beyond my skill level. I did enjoy playing Na Sambra de Manguera many years ago. Another beautiful piece.

That's great! Thanks for sharing. Luiz and Carlos are huge inspirations to me. You gave the piece a few different rhythmic or dynamic twists that work very well. (Let's keep Luiz alive.)
