what key is this ???
Howdy, Got a dumb question for ya. I was playing aroung trying to find a good key for my voice. I found that if I capo on the 3rd fret and play in G Things seem to work well for me.
What key am I in ???? Thanks in advance Bill |

To give some explaination, so you can learn how to do it,
Capo 3 raises each note 3 semi-tones (half steps) Key of G moved up 3 semi-tones, G->G#/Ab->A->A#/Bb

Thank God for capos. Bb is a miserable key for guitarists on its own.

If "Bb" suits your voice, just one full step up to "C" would probably work just as well for you...
and you can play regular C chord without a capo.

I like playing in B flat .. its a struggle.. and I've always enjoyed a good struggle.. I figure, if I can conquer B flat ...
