Wow, that is just stunning. Every detail is perfect and tastefully done. Certainly one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen. The bridge! The fretboard! The neck!... Oh yeah...the back and sides!!! Congratulations. How does it sound?

Thanks everyone for following along. I am most excited about trying Burton’s varnish over Tree, seems to me an excellent combo for resonant fingerstyle!

Pretty darned amazing work by Burton on this one. I think the figure in the sides is even more impressive than the back and that is saying something. Too bad you can't make it to the party this year, would love to at least see this one in person.

Thanks y’all. The guitar made it home safely, is opening up well, has a deep mahogany baritone throatiness that was unexpected. It will be at Woodstock this year for anyone who wants to try it out, and I hope to have a YT vid next week.
