Yeah I have a soft spot for Blueridge. I see some compare them to Eastman .

My Eastmans I did not overly care for . What they have over Blues is fit and finish . I’m not gunna argue that. lol

On the personal side there necks aren’t for me unless I’m playing baseball. The tone was ok but not great .

I did a comparison between a Recording king RO -328 , Blueridge BR283A and the Eastmans E40 TC it was the new model with the Bourgeois bolt on neck and very well could of been the collab model between the two . Beautiful bear claw adi top.

Most listeners chose the Blueridge for best sound . This was not professional set up or highly touted shoot out it was for my peers and friends to hear .

After that the Eastman went back .

I can’t see my sig on mobile but I have a BR180 -12 string that I only strummed once and it blew me away to point where I halted my search for a Guild F-512 . The king of the Guild line .
We all know they all bow to Guild 12 strings ! Lol [emoji23]

But honestly besides never seeing this model the br180 12 before I bought it its made exactly like the BR-180 dread bling and all just much bigger . Lol

Over all I like all my guitars they all have a voice that’s excellent they all have a place .

You can’t go wrong with a Blueridge if it’s a good one .

I think they also have some of the best sounding laminated guitars out there . [emoji4]

And now , The Larch ! [emoji23]🤣

I don't have time to look for the model number of my BR at the moment, but it's basically an HD-28 clone, and sounds darn close to the original.

Thanks for your comments. I'm buying a BR160 that's brand new never was played and will bring it to Ian Weston in Ottawa to be set up.
