Default 1998 Froggy Bottom Deluxe H-12 **SOLD**

Here's fabulous sounding/playing Froggy Deluxe H-12 from the late nineties. Built with a 1 7/8" nut. Priced at $6,500 shipped/insured here on the Forum. Will consider trades for commensurate high-end acoustics with 1 3/4" nut width. Instead of writing an extended description here, I'm providing the link to my Reverb listing. PM me with questions, and I'll get back with you promptly. Here's the link: https://reverb.com/item/79180540-fro...2-1998-natural.

After playing my Froggy this morning for about 30 minutes, my left thumb started to hurt...significantly. I've never had this occur before playing any of my guitars. But at 68, I have to realize that this 1 7/8" nut is just untenable for me. I went back and played my Goodall (1 3/4" nut) for about the same time later and nothing happened.

So I am opening this up to trades of any kind of acoustic that has a 1 11/16" or 1 3/4" nut. Cash either way. Also listening to reasonable cash offers as it's time to move the H-12 along.

Some interesting and compelling offers came in yesterday. She's still here, but I'm not sure for how much longer.

So close on two seperate deals, but just couldn't be worked out. So, I'm still listening. One member wanted to do a two for one trade which was fine. The guitars just didn't work out. Trade +/- cash depending on the piece is also welcome. Let me know your proposals. She's such a fine guitar that I wouldn't even be considering moving if not for the wide nut. Keeper material for someone.

Could be the last bump as I just got a trade proposal that I really like if all the details can be worked out. So if you're thinking about something, let me know soon.

Ohhh so close yesterday, but as they say, the devil is in the details. Just couldn't quite get the deal done so still considering proposals for trades or trades plus cash either way.

Sunday bump. Trades welcome as the nut width is just too much for me. That's the ONLY reason I'm letting this go. And now with the possibility of Froggy closing their doors for good December 31, 2025, the collectibility of these will soar. There aren't very many to begin with. Read the statement on their web page here: https://froggybottomguitars.com/.
