Just so you don't feel too bad about Keith's assertion...here's a few lines of (slightly edited) text direct from the OCC webpage's 'About Paul Sr.' page.

Known to the world as the massive and mustachioed father, in a sleeveless tee with tattooed biceps bulging, who owns a custom [guitar] shop, thanks to [AGF]’s hit reality [forum area] ["Custom Shop"], Paul has been the forefront of [Burner Guitars] for more than ten [months]. [Burner Guitars] originally started as a sideline to his [graphic design] business, which was founded in the 19[8]0’s. Paul began building custom [guitars] on the side as a hobby and in [200]9, he [and his son] founded, the now world famous, [Burner Guitars].

Yeah, even if you're not grumpy, the profile doesn't lie.

Wow. That looks nice. The surfboard on the center strip is a nice touch.

OT: look at all those clamps! As somebody who's "tooling up" to build his own and has priced those luthier's clamps if that isn't inspiration to get a Go-bar deck I don't know what is!

The Burners have exceeded my expectations with the design aspects and their willingness and desire to push it even farther. Lots of creative sparring has resulted in an amazing build so far.

We are steamrolling towards trying to wrap up by 12/24/10, the one year anniversary of my younger brothers decision to end his life. I have told nobody but my wife of this build. I am quite sure if I whip out a guitar case on Christmas eve (as I often do)...and then tell the story.....my parents will have to be scraped off of the floor.

Okay...so maybe Christmas eve will be a bit dramatic.... maybe Christmas day will be cool.

I tell you what... for a couple of rookies (this is their 10th).... they are throwing it down. Something tells me they are going to be very successful! They certainly have embraced the theme build.... maybe that could become their schtick!
