...come standard with Molly Tuttle's mad set of skilz by any chance?

...mine didn’t...I tried three...for the record Martin and Santa Cruz guitars didn’t either...

....and also for the record Molly displays those skills on pretty much any guitar that ends up in her hands...

Yes, among other guitars.
Thompson gave her one and she is doing a very good job of advertising it for them.

I am sure that all Huss and Dalton guitars come complete with all the notes Molly Tuttle plays on her Huss and Dalton.

I believe that Molly Tuttle's Huss & Dalton is on display at the Country Music Hall of Fame, so she's not able to use it currently. She also has a few Pre-War brand guitars.
