Your Favorite Blues Song
Take a minute to post the name of your favorite blues song and provide a video or recording.
Post often, but one at a time if possible. Here is Blues in the Night sung by,Katie Melua http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th1iIqJ2X9Q

This is one of my all time favorites: Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee - Key to the Highway. As narrated by Pete Seeger -- give it a minute, and they get down to it.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XoGspLF1-uY "...I'm gonna' leave here running, because walkin' is most too slow...." This should be an interesting post... There are so many ways the blues can be done, it will be neat to see what all gets posted.

There are too many to have a favorite. But this, Lightnin Hopkins - Baby Please Dont Go, is, I think, a good fit for the Acoustic Guitar Forum.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d49m6G9vOrI I hope many other folks will post and keep this thread alive. Good idea, Chuck. Frank |

Okay, one more. How about Robert Johnson - Crossroad? In my opinion this song has been influencial to blues and rock music beyond measure.
