Default Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky

This is a great interpretation of a piece i love "The Old Castle".. i thought i share

Awesome!!! Beautifully performed. Modest Mussorgsky, Alexander Borodin and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky are my favorite classical composers. While I've heard some Tchaikovsky transposed for guitar, I've never heard anything by Mussorgsky (or Borodin). That was really great...thanks for posting that video.

Borodin is one of my favorites too!


edit : Kazuhito Yamas h i t a has a recording on classical guitar of "pictures at an exhibition"

Crazy ... I just came across a third edition of Craig Wright's Listen to Music for $1 at a used book store (with mint CD lol!) and the first discussion is on Mussorgsky's Promenade!! I really like this one Paikon, thanks for sharing!
