I'm not a builder and no plans on ever becoming one. I have ordered 3 torrified acoustics. I kept 2, mostly because I'm just not a mahogany guy. The two I kept sound outstanding. In a perfect word, I'd order 2 with regular spruce tops to compare, but I don't quite have the $ or the space.
