Another vote for a Taylor Grand Pacific, one of the builders editions.
I have a GP 517 and a Martin D-15 Special, both spruce/mahogany. The Taylor is really comfortable, especially with its rounded corners. And the bass is focused, while, to my ear, the Martin's bass seems boomy by comparison, although it is louder.
