They did a limited run one Christmas and I happened to have one on my Christmas list!

It is hanging out with the socks that go missing from the laundry.

Then it has to be next to the candelabra.

Has anyone seen my spare capo?

Did you look in the garden?

If all else fails, then it has to turn-up there.

Or in the shubb-ery perhaps.

Seems like a great excuse to move onto a better quality capo.

"I've looked everywhere it could possibly be." At this point I can hear my beloved father's slightly sardonic reply when I was a boy: "Then look where it couldn't possibly be!" Logic.

I've started going through the guitar cases a second time. I got up this morning at 5:30am and made another round.

You think you have problems? My wife and I moved from North Carolina to California last September. I still have unopened boxes. Who knows where all my capos are. Heck, I even lost an autoharp. It just showed up last week. It was wrapped in hundreds of pieces of wrapping paper and packed with a printer. The computer was in the upstairs bedroom. The autoharp was in the basement music room. Goodness knows how they got in the same box.

I was surprised to find a nice Shubb capo in my case, and the open-mike host was at least equally surprised to be missing his.

Is it on your guitar? When I can't find my glasses, most of the time I'm wearing them. Sometimes more than one pair.

I'm not trying to hijack this thread, but we had a black lab that would patiently wait until I finished playing guitar and had left the room, chew and ruin my pick, and deposit it in a very odd and unlikely place until we actually caught her doing it....
