Default Elixir phosphor bronze 12 string set unavailable?

I want to put a fresh set on my 12 string, but can’t find these in nanoweb anywhere. Elixir wouldn’t discontinue the set right? I do have a set of 80/20s I can try, but I generally prefer phosphor bronze.

Elixir Strings has a store finder, as well as sales:

I would call Strings & Beyond in North Carolina to see when they will be getting more Elixir PB 12-string sets. That's where I've purchased them before.

yeah I tried buying some and everyone was sold out but all the stores said they were on order. Elixir's website was out of stock too, due to COVID it seems.

When I couldn't find them I ordered D'Addario coated strings and they play and sound great to me.

I also haven't been able to find them locally. Online seems like a crap shoot between sold out and jacked up prices.

A couple of weeks ago even the standard Elixir PB lights were out of stock at my local mom and pop shop. As with many other business, due to covid Elixir is playing catch with production. It is the main reason Elixir did not run their bonus pack promotion this November.

I wound up ordering 15 sets through strings & beyond after I received a promotional 15% off coupon.

Not only has Elixir faced the same challenges as others in the music industry, but their parent company is a supplier for the medical industry:

Thanks all. Yeah, strings by mail, strings and beyond, seemingly everyone is out. I can’t even get the single I use to switch up the octave strings on my 12. I’m thinking giving the daddario xts a try, but I can’t seem to find singles for that type either - I tune some of my octave strings differently so I need to sub out some thicker strings.

I shot an email over to strings by mail today. The upside is they got back to me almost instantaneously. The downside is that they said the Elixirs I want might not be back in stock until spring or summer. Not sure if that applies to all of their elixir stock or just the 12 string sets.
