What is the one guitar you can't put down?

The Yairi classical in my sig. It is a joy to play, and my favorite guitar (emotionally) even after owning it for 43 years. The other two, the Taylors, are much more practical for my needs and have their own sets of strengths - but both of them still are "new" - I've owned the 110e for only three years, and the 814ce for a mere ten months, so they still have the new guitar shine on them.

My Furch OM34sr for acoustic and my Gibson 335 for electric. Which is odd as I’m a big fan of Fender/G&L and usually I would have said my red ASAT Classic hollow body but there’s something about the 335...

Either my Avalon or J-45. I generally play my Avalon, Guild 120 or Larrivee as they are in various alternate tunings, but when I'm in the mood for something different I'll take out the J-45 and the tone always satisfies. Gibson does a nice burst too.

It can depend on the guitar, the weather, my mood and what song I am working on. Most of the time it is either my Wingert E grand concert or my short-scale Kramer. Neither ever disappoints.

I try to give them all plenty of loving, but its the 2006 J-45 that leaves me thinking about it at night.

I try to play all my guitars fairly evenly, but my favorite is my 2017 Eastman E40D (Rosewood/Adi dread). It's due for a string change this weekend, so it won't get as much love until the strings settle in next week.

I'd have to say my Martin D-28 2017 reimagined guitar. That guitar sounds so wonderful every time I play it and I've gotten so many compliments on the way that guitar sounds.

My Gibson J-45 Rosewood. A round fretboard, fast. FAT lows and FAT highs. Has a Gibson thump. A very large dynamic range. Versatile.

For electrics... It is my new partcaster. A faded shell pink, roasted maple neck, finger flying, freedom mover.
