It is good to see younger artists like Molly, Billy Strings and Mo Pitney getting some attention. They have earned it.
They are our future.

I played the Bluebird 3 years ago with Mo. He plays a 60's D-28 that sounds amazing. He has one of the best male voices I've ever heard...and his delivery is spot on. Listen to his version of Borrowed Angel on you tube...He also is such a good down to earth person.

I love Mo's cover of "Hickory Wind" by Graham Parsons. I try to emulate how he does it...of course it's lacking by comparison. He does seem like a down to earth "real" kinda guy.

Another, recent video. Been following her for some time. Hopelessly waiting, it seems, for her to do a show nearby.

On a side note, her younger brother Sullivan (Sully) just got 2nd place in the national flatpicking championship at Winfield KS two weeks ago. It runs in the family.
