The small print:
Please proceed with extreme caution. This pursuit of lutherie can be highly addictive, and may cause you to abandon your sensible plans and career goals, to wander into a labyrinth of woodworking minutiae, spend all your money on specialized tools and pretty woods, and embark on a life-long learning curve.
Also, be prepared to standardize on 70-hour work weeks, and only take vacations to guitar shows on the other side of the country (or world).

Many are called; few are chosen.

That's the easy, mircrowave-able version. You're supposed to poke a hole in the box and put it in your microwave on high for 17 hours to kiln-dry the wood (26 1/2 hours for Aged Tone).

Must be a Mahogany log as it is used for the top as well as the sides, back, and neck. I wonder how it taps?
