Tom,
I want to say that the pictures of your guitar collection are impressive!!! I want to thank you for that because I can now show them to my wife and try to convince her that my small collection and display case is actually not large enough and certainly should be expanded! LOL Jim |

I believe this is the Cedar Josie that was at the show.. such a great guitar! Someone needs to buy it so I stop drooling. It’s a steal.

Videos are still uploading to dropbox so I'll start with a few photos.
Joel (Two Hands GUitar Co.) showing off some Koa on one of his. Tony McManus playing my new Two Hands Venus. Left to right, Kathy, Tom, Joel, Tony, Dustin and Karlijn (pro-nounced Car Line) Tony offered his knee to sit on. Didn't want to hurt him. Front of Tom's new mansion. Was tickled to be there when Karlijn opened her new Urlacher. For the cigar smoker who has everything (thank you Tom & Kathy).

Frog and Toad auditioning a couple Hatcher guitars.
The Luthier's dinner Thursday night was held at Black's. Their T-shirt reads, "Sprechen sie Brisket?" And they even accept returns! Dustin on Tom's Taran. Mark Hatcher's Red, White and Blue guitar made for the show. Back and side on my new Two Hands Venus (00) is Asian Pyinma. Between Rosewood and Mahogany with tendencies toward Maple (if that makes any sense). Natalie (Tom and Kathy's) and Sam (mikealpine's). Each is learning the guitar! WooHoo!

Tom's guitar wall was incredible!
Me in Dustin's workshop. I believe that is when I was thinking ... How does he do that! This one of Steve Sheriff's guitars. Stellar sound from a small package! Here Tom is explaining the differences in B.I.G. levels. I believe this was the first one. He had to stand on his tippy toes for the second. Karlijn and Dustin getting ready to wow us with their concert Friday night. Rebecca Urlacher and her show offerings. Neil Peterson is local luthier in Tom's area. Kathy happened across this magazine and decided to ask him to attend. Nice guitars! Steve Sheriff (Edwinson Guitars) and Joel Teel (Two Hands Guitar Co.). Natalie was our checkin lady. And I mean it was hot out there! Barbara and Billie Kinnard

Dave (AGF's Carpinteria)
Gerry Humphrey (Stunning woods on those cabinets) Left to right, Steve Kinnaird (not Tom although he wants to be when he grows up), Myself and Ryan Middlebrook (AGF's nacluth) Tony McManus and Chris Jenkins solving world hunger (well at least Chris's). Steve and Ryan. That Black and White Ebony on the left was a popular audition at the show. Ben Wilborn speaking Coma series with Ron (AGF's Aspiring). Left to right, Jeff McManus, Joel Teel and my brother Dan. Tony M and Chris Jenkins. Tony left many of us in stitches!

Dennis I'm glad you snagged Joel's Venus - that was one I had my eye on! Thanks for sharing the great pics! Now, how about posting them on Facebook so I don't have to do a bunch of cutting and pasting stealing them from you!

Please add me to the chorus of thanks to the gracious hosts of this extraordinary event Tom, Kathy, and family! It was truly a remarkable experience and I think I had a Cheshire cat grin for 3 straight days. Thanks also to all the incredibly talented luthiers and performers who were all so welcoming and gave freely of their time. Finally, thanks to the entire AGF crowd for accepting us lurkers and newcomers into the fold. What a blast! I was so gobsmacked the entire time, I didn't take enough pics so thanks all for sharing!
Best; Rich

Well, it is time to close this thread as we have reached the post limit. That does not mean we have to end it as I know there are still more pics and videos to come.
Let me end this portion by giving my warmest thanks to all who attended, to all my new friends, to a rejuvenation of all our old friends, to all the luthiers for their beautiful work, to my lovely Kathy, and to all the performers who were truly an inspiration to us all. Without people to come, there is no event. A warning to all the rest of you folks, I have a feeling, everyone who attended will want to come back to B.I.G. er yet 20whatever, so when I announce it next year, you better sign up quickly because we were just about maxed out this year and you do not want to miss this. XOXO Tom and Kathy
