To me it would depend on the overall look of the guitar body. However just viewing the headstocks I like the Anderson and Montelone probably the best but then I'm more plain in style.

Call me old school, but my favorite is a classic flower pot L-5 Headstock.

I agree 100%. For both the headstock and the F holes, my pick is the Loar era L-5. The thin, delicate F holes are perfection in my book.

This one as anyone can plainly see, is the nicest-looking arch-top headstock in the world.
Why? It has my name inlaid on it. Guitar case closed.
