Default Fingerstyle tune..

This is a little song I've made for my nephew! I know it's not flawless but the feeling was there.

Very nice...
If it would be flawless you wouldn't belong here...

Impressive! I agree with Derek here, a bit more development might be in order. Your playing is excellent, the video and sound quality is very nice indeed! Thanks for sharing Merel!

Merel, are you a fan of guitarists such as Mississippi John Hurt? Your technique reminds me a bit of his style.

It's a nice idea but as a fellow fingerstyle player I really think you could develop the rhythm or at least vary the chord progression a bit, since you're technically playing it in C try adding some more chords like B or even Eb to spice it up a bit or at least change the rhythm a little.

Just my suggestions, you're still doing great and I look forward to seeing where you'll go in the music world

Nice Job Merel. I like the rhythm of your fingerstyle in this song. I can say with the other comments, develop a melody line; otherwise it sounds like rhythm for another lead player to add melody. I admire your skill level and dedication. Keep it up girl! Ed
