Here's a link to a walnut/redwood guitar sound clip.
Keep in mind this clip is of our smallest model, a P-1 parlor:

Hope the link works,

Steve, that parlor has the strongest bass I think I’ve ever heard from a guitar that size. Many others I have played sounded very thin. What a lovely sound. Something larger should sound even more rich and full, this one should be a gem!

High praise, Mike...thank you! I believe Steve has chosen well, and we really anticipate a satisfying sound.
Thanks all for stopping by!

Not their first and not their latest, but my favorite and fits that 'lovely sound' category!

Well at least brother gives you a rasp to work with. There was a time when he used pieces of broken glass for that job. He is mellowing.

Thank you Paul. I believe its owner is still pleased--it was a truly remarkable set. California Sycamore usually has more color in it than does our eastern variety. It's lovely material and works a dream.

Tom you remember there is a stage (or two) when we swipe some shellac over the sides and back. From that I can say this Myrtle set will not disappoint you!
Your Batman quotes might not seem hyperbolic at all.

Thanks,
Steve
