When i owned the ve8 my favorite part i think
were the effects. I too like the knobs. The hidden
menus for the most part for me were "set it and forget it"
with the exception of the eq which i used to tweak a bit
at each performance . So I never really thought the menus
were a deal breaker. what made me sell it was the somewhat
lackluster eq settings ..They really pooched it with this very
important aspect of acoustic amplification . I sold mine and bought a strymon
flint. not looking back.
