Waiting for a Name
instrumental piece base around a John Mayer picking pattern. I think I had just learned 'stop this train' and then fooled around with a different tuning (Dadgae) since I had something else in Dadgad. Let me know what you think! Its called 'Waiting for a Name'

Solid tune.
Needs a little polish on the execution (some buzzing, etc) but I like the tune. Very creative.

Oh yeah, that's definitely a great mood piece! I actually get more of a Dave Matthews feel from it though. I like it a lot. Keep at it!

hey thanks guys!
there are some weird chord shapes and the groove is pretty quick so it is definitely a tricky piece! and I would definitely agree it doesn't sound anything like Mayer, I just got the picking pattern idea from him with the down strokes. |
