The Pacifica punches above its weight. Which model? I have a highly hot rodded 012 and wouldn't trade or sell it for anything.

The Supeo Delta King is a crazy good amp. Congratulations on the new rig.

I have read this, too! And the demos I have listened to are also quite impressive!

I certainly like my Delta King 12. I've had the opportunity to play through my brother vintage tube amps but when it came time for me to buy I narrowed it down to a Delta King 12 and a Fender Blues Jr IV. The Delta King won out.
Nice warm tube amp vibe......

I also have the Delta King 12 but chose black with white stripes. I run a PRS SE 245 (Les Paul style) thru it and I enjoy it. The only complaint is that it breaks up too easily, but that's on me for not researching deep enough into amps, before buying it.

Just today my son sends me a picture of this Yamaha Pacifica 612 and says “I like this, pop. Maybe I’ll treat myself the end of the year?”

Real Rosewood fretboard on a maple neck, SeymourDuncan single coils and HB w/coil splitter, Wilkinson trem bridge, Grover locking tuners, Graph Tech Teflon nut and string trees, an ultra fast, slinky 1.614” neck width and a MATCHING PAINTED HEADSTOCK!!! Five different finishes in the color-way for this model. The hardware alone is a hot-rodders dream rig! We truly are in the golden age of guitars.

I've been wanting a hardtail 600 series Pacifica. They're very nice. My 012 will do for now. It's got many upgrades and does what I need it to.

That's a good looking guitar, but the 1.614" neck would kill that model for me. I have enough trouble already with Fender's 1-5/8" (1.625") necks. I wonder why Yamaha picked that neck width?
