Default Rainsong CH-OM1000NS $1750 **FREE SHIPPING**

Pre owned Rainsong here folks.

Venmo preferred.

Great guitar just not "my" guitar.

Great for gigging as it's impervious to humidity or rain.

Comes with nice Rainsong branded hardshell case

I've sold my IRIS OG and Waterloo WL-K here in the forum so I've got references if you need them.

I bought one of these on this forum last year and love it. It's made several trips with me from 100o to below freezing with no issues. A very versatile guitar and at a good price.

Thanks folkmusicman!

I agree and planned on using it as my travel /go anywhere guitar but just realized I don't need a guitar for this as I don't travel much!!

Forgive a newbie question from one who’s used to wood acoustics. How does the weight & ergonomics of this guitar compare to a traditional OM?

Assuming by 'traditional OM' you mean a Martin, the RainSong Shorty models will be about the same in weight and body shape but the RainSong body will be thinner and the shorter scale of the neck plus joining at the 12th fret vs. the OM being long scale and joining at the 14th fret make the Shorty much more comfortable to play ergonomically than the OM. Unless you are a large/tall person with long arms and prefer a long scale guitar. Although the RainSong shorty is a short scale 12 fret you still have access quite a ways up the fretboard thanks to the cutaway.

These RS Shorty guitars are great with their all carbon fiber (graphite) builds and the LR Baggs Element StagePro system is extremely powerful and useful with its onboard preamp and EQ/tone shaping abilities. I have owned three Shorty models including this one. I still own a Vintage Shorty. The Shorty is great in that it is small enough to travel with easily but still sounds great both acoustically and amplified. The one thing I don't like about RainSongs is they insist on selling them with huge hard cases. The first thing I always do when I buy one is to buy a nice gig bag!

Wow great answer to the question! Couldn't have said it better myself!

The case is a bit overkill....super nice and all but since carbon fiber is pretty tough stuff it does make the case a bit redundant!!
