Though I am not Canadian, I have spent a fair amount of time there both as a full time musician and later as a software engineer working with Bell Northern Research in Ottawa.

So, to honor the fine people of Canada...

Every Summer night from July 1 to Aug 31 our city has live music in the park. Canada Day kicks it off, so we will go and take some of that in this evening.

Being a person that doesn't know very much about Canada I'd like to point out that I've always had respect for Canada and believe they have every reason to be proud of their country.

Happy CANADA Day to all our Canadian members! Hope you have a good one.

To celebrate, last evening my wife and I attended a house gathering of friends. Played some guitar with a buddy. It’s warm outside today, but thunderstorms are in the forecast. Our sons/dil and g-kids are all celebrating with their friends, so we’re taking it easy.

Have fun, play safe!

Happy Birthday to us. We don't look a day over 155.
No big plans. Just some wobbly pops on the patio with the neighbours.

Oh yes, Happy Canada Day! to all.
I'll be getting the flags out.
Not sure what we'll do today, but my wife will call the shots.
Most definitely a toast with some sort of reasonable beverage.

I have my large Canada and Nova Scotia flags up every day of the year on my front porch on 6' flagpoles mounted on the railing. I always wanted a flag so when I built my new house 3 years ago that was part of the plan.

Fly your flag proudly today!
