2020 OC Bear Lancaster - D28 style Adi/EIR - SOLD

This is a 2020 O.C. Bear Lancaster made by Clint Bear in Madison, Indiana. I bought this from a forum member here. This is a great boutique guitar with a clear, warm tone, with familiar rosewood overtones and plenty of headroom thanks to the upgraded Adirondack top and braces. Build quality is excellent and the appointments are really beautiful. This a $5,000+ guitar with the upgrades. I just had this guitar at my luthier for a fresh set-up. He installed a new saddle perfectly dialing in the action and at my request, put a new pickguard on the guitar that I preferred to the orange dalmation pickguard. The nut is 1 11/16" and the string spacing is 2 1/4". Scale is 25.4". Full specs of the guitar are in picture of the spec sheet. Comes with hardshell case. Head over to Clint's website to read more about him! https://ocbearguitars.com/index.php Notes on condition: This guitar is structurally ideal; no lose braces or cracks, excellent neck angle, etc. There is moderate to heavy pickwear above the soundhole and below the pickguard but no bare wood is exposed. There are light scuff marks and light bit of shallow worming on the back (likely due to a shirt button or zipper). The guitar is in otherwise great condition. O.C. Bear may not be a household name but Clint Bears builds are absolutely fabulous! I’ve owned two and both were exceptional…in fact one was the “one” that got away! I expect this thing is a cannon and for the money you will not find a better guitar on the Forum. Good luck with the sale…
