It's always a rewarding day when we get to see some finish applied.
Here's a few shots from The White Room. Tom Bowersox calls this The Spa.
He's probably pretty close with that. These babies always seem to look and feel better after some time with uncle Tony.

Looking good. I'll be interested to hear how you think it compares to Brazilian when it's ready to go - people say it's similar.

I would like to highlight Steve and Ryan's great taste in suggesting cherry for the bindings. I think it is a really beautiful complement to the Osage Orange, and I think they will look even better together over time as the Osage darkens.

Thank you too, Stan. The proof is not too far off now.

Thanks Jamie, if you're happy, then so are we!

Smile Uncle Tony...

Uncle Tony is a WIZARD of finish! This gentleman is SO GOOD. I have had six guitars now with finish from Tony, and all of them have been spectacular.

Super thin and still super hard and protective. Tony has saved me from much BONK AND WOE...

this instrument is SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

Yay team

Paul

I wish I could come to BIG this year. Too much going on at work over the next four months, and a planned trip to India later in the year. I think Tom and his beautiful family have done a great thing for the community, and it would be fun.

Thanks John. I would love to meet you in person. I am grateful for the magnificent guitar you built me, and I would bring it so you could see how it’s grown up. I think you would be proud. I may have to visit NC!
