Default NFL - Passer Rating of 0 in a game

I didn't realize there were so many great QBs that have had a 0 Passer Rating in a game. All 3 of the Mannings did (Archie, Peyton, and Eli), Terry Bradshaw did it 3 times and Warren Moon twice. Peyton, Eli, and Terry also had perfect 158.3 games as well.

Here's how to achieve a 0 passer rating (source: wikipedia):

"no touchdowns, complete no more than 30% of his pass attempts, average less than 3 yards per attempt, throw an interception on at least 9.5% of attempts and attempt at least 10 passes."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...rating_of_zero

What are your thoughts on traditional Passer Rating (RTG) and the newer Total Quarterback Rating (QBR)?

So what’s the lowest possible rating? Can’t be zero can it?

Also how can there be a “perfect” passer rating. That would mean it’s “as good as it gets”

If you spike the ball every attempt, the passer rating is 39 due to no interceptions.

It can always get better but the rating is capped. It would be interesting to break those perfect games and determine which were more "perfect" than others.
