Default I may be crazy but....

Please finish the sentence fragment with something that's guitar related. I'll start this off with:

I may be crazy but...at the age of 69, I still think of my guitar/amp purchases as investments in a future musical career...

Most real day to day guitarists really do not do that well financially -
most will never have some of the guitars alot of us have on this forum .
they love what they do , but would financially do better bagging groceries
( I had a few friends who were decent but struggled )

the fun times were the open mics .

but their has been some great musicians that started out latter
you never know -anything is possible with hard work .
remember me and send me your first Cd autographed !

...I really don't want all six of my guitars.

Luckily, I can't decide which ones to get rid of.

I may be crazy but ...... whilst I have accumulated a collection of instruments that many drool over, and I've lost my urge to go out playing much any more, I'm still suffering from gas (aged 71 and 3/4!)

I may be crazy, but if the Beatles could record great sounding acoustic music on plywood J-160Es, I should be able to sound halfway decent on my Taylor.

I may be crazy, but I enjoy playing my $500 guitar as much as playing my $5,000 guitar.
