Default NUAD (New used amp day)

I just picked up a used Yamaha THR10C amplifier via Craigslist. The power connector was broken (seems to be a common issue with these), but the seller had already purchased a replacement. He did not, however, have soldering skills. A hundred bucks and an hour of my time and I now have a portable, battery-powered modeling amp in perfect working order! The sound from this amp is very impressive, especially considering its diminutive size. BTW, the seller agreed to hold on to the money for a few days and promised to take the amp back if it couldn't be repaired.

Congrats on the pickup, Patrick. That's the black one, correct? Is it just the head?

Dark blue, actually, and it's a complete amp, even though it's smaller than most amp heads. Impressive sound from a couple of small speakers.

With the THR Editor software you can create and save your own presets. I've also found a couple of sources online to download third-party presets.

Awesome. I've had one for a while now. It's great. It takes pedals well too. I recommend a booster pedal... makes it sound that much better.

I also put the Joyo American and British amp in front of mine. They really do shape the sound into a Fender and Marshall sound too. And, they're cheap.

I've read great things about those Joyo pedals over the past couple of years. Worth giving a look at.
