You might want to correct the title of the listing and add the extra T in "Burkett". That way it will show up if someone does a titles only search looking for one of his guitars.

This Brazilian Burkett does not deserve to be buried on page 3... just sayin.

New week bump. Open to offers and potential trades. Trade criteria - 1.75" nut, medium neck carve, maybe something in a maple.

Once more around the block. Might be talked into a partial trade for a Hummingbird. Surprisingly that is something I have never owned.

Back on the market till July - $4750 includes shipping and Venmo
I am opening this back up. I have two choices - sell it as is or get the neck re-shaped. I have tried and it is too large for me. The guitar is extremely powerful. It is the best guitar I have ever owned and maybe ever played. The combination of the torrefied Adirondack and Brazilian rosewood in the hands of a master luthier like James Burkett makes for an incredible instrument. Part of me thinks it is best to leave it as built and move on to someone looking for this type of instrument. I am listing it at $4750 includes shipping and Venmo. PayPal fees are buyers responsibilities.
If it doesn't sell by the time of my appointment, I will keep it and get the neck re-shaped. |

Neck measurements
Maybe this is what is referred to as the baseball bat size neck. All I know it that it is too big for me.

Was the saddle ever shaved down from the bottom, I see that the wings are rather short of the routed slot in the bridge. |
