I like it! I would not personally buy this specific guitar, but I fully support artwork on solid wood guitars.

While I don't share your sentiment entirely I do agree they could do a lot better. Both on their HPL and wood painted guitars, the designs I've seen have been a bit lacking. I think they could do well to hire a talented graphic artist to come up with some really great designs for painted tops. The world is full of great artists who also have a connection to music.

For those who would never buy a painted guitar, I don't see a problem as we've got plenty of beautiful choices in that category, but if they came out with some really amazing painted tops I think a lot of folks would go nuts for them.

Not usually a fan of artwork on guitars, but I did buy this one . . liked the artwork, and (more importantly), I liked the sound!
